Wout Muller 18-06 1946 24-1 2000 |
His realistic art, which is of a sensual beauty remains in private and museum collection in the Netherlands and abroad. Except paintings and graphic art, Wout Muller also made objects and murals. From 1970-1995 he designed hundreds of bookcovers. His creation of the Erotic cabinet, a room at the Nysinghhouse in Eelde, composed of 17 wooden panels and door is a miracle of perfect illusion.
In March 2002 a book about his life and art was launched by Waanders publishers , Zwolle. ISBN nr. 90-400-9531-0. Available in bookshops in the Netherlands and Fairbrook House museum, Kilmeaden, Ireland.
